CDSA is a non-profit organization with a volunteer board. Board members are recruited from the general community for specific talents that they can contribute to furthering the goals of CDSA as specified in its Mission Statement. These talents include, but are not limited to: Early Childhood Education, Public Relations, Fundraising, Financial Planning, Accounting, Legal Advice, and Human Resources Planning.
